The structure of the foundry: mold-casting shop;
The basic technological equipment:
1. Melting:
• Arc electric furnace DSN-3M – 4 units;
2. Molding:
• Automatic molding line AFL 265, the maximum dimensions of the flasks 800x700x200 / 200 mm;
• Automatic molding line 7GAL, maximum dimensions of the flasks 1000x800x300 / 300 mm;
• Forming machine, the maximum dimensions of the flasks (veneers with veneers) 1300x700x380 / 380 mm;
3. Core:
• Shaking machine;
4. Cleaning:
• Shot blast drum mod. 42203 – 3 units .;
• Shot blast drum mod. 42236 – 2 units .;
• Shot blasting chamber (dead-end with roll-out hearth) – 1 unit;
• Shot blasting chamber (through-pass with overhead conveyor) – 1 unit;
5. Thermal:
• through thermal furnaces – 1 unit (normalization).
• pass through thermal furnaces – 1 unit (quenching and tempering).
Used casting methods:
• In a sandy-clayey form;
Weight of manufactured castings:
• Weight of castings – 0,9-200 kg.
Casting capacity:
• 25000 tons / year.
